Photo #1 (top left) - Imperial Palace. #2 is not a cocktail waitress but a "cigarette girl" at the Stratosphere. I don't know why, but these cigarette girls usually also sell yo-yos. #3 was taken at the Aladdin. #4 at the Hard Rock the week before Christmas 2000. #5 is not a cocktail waitress either, she is one of the costumed characters who roam around Caesars Palace to take photos with tourists. She told me her character is "Caesars handmaiden." #6 and #9 are of cocktail servers busy at work at the Venetian. #7 New York New York, #8 Paris.
