For a fee of $10 per image, you may purchase the rights to display images on your own business or personal web site(s) at a size of up to 640x480 pixels on up to 5 web pages within those sites.

For a fee of $25 per image, you may purchase the rights to use images for a ONE TIME event that does not generate revenue. Use the image on flyers, pamphlets, posters, invitations or advertisements for a convention, conference, wedding, or any other ONE TIME non-sales event. This option does not allow you to print the image on any item which is to be sold, but may be used on items which are distributed at no cost to the recipient, AND only in reference to a specific, single event. If your event occurs annually or bi-annually etc., the $99 license allows you to use the image for an unlimited number of events (every year, every week, etc.)

For a fee of $99 per image, you may purchase the rights to reproduce an image on your own retail, commercial, and/or self-promotional products such as calendars, coffee mugs, book covers, business cards, magazine covers, pamphlets, matchbooks, CD labels, t-shirts, video game scenery, etc. The $99 option also allows CafePress, Zazzle, and other print on demand shopkeepers to use purchased images on an unlimited number of products. Restrictions with this purchase are that you may not resell the photo by itself in any form or sell copyrights to the image. Copyright ownership of the image remains with urbanphotos.net. You are purchasing a license to USE the image. The image must be incorporated as an element of your own product, promotion or advertisement as outlined above.

Some of my photos may include registered trademarks (such as corporate logos or designs, for example; McDonald's "golden arches") and MIGHT need to be edited, or permission obtained from the trademark holder, before you could use them on retail products; depending on your specific use. If you have a concern about a photo, I will edit it for you (such as removing a particular element) at no extra cost if you're purchasing the $99 commercial license.
