The Cosmopolitan - Just south of the Bellagio - 866-339-4519

The photo of the sign on the right shows what the Cosmopolitan is expected to look like after it's completed. The photo on the left was taken February 28, 2006 during construction. Apparently they're selling condos or time shares in addition to being a resort/casino. CityCenter Las Vegas is complete but Cosmopolitan is not a part of it.

Above is a photo of Cosmopolitan we shot in December 2012. The place is upscale but a little bit overdone with its fancy decor and giant shoes. Cosmopolitan is owned by Deutsche Bank, one of the few Las Vegas strip properties that is not owned by MGM Mirage or Harrah's Entertainment. They have four basic room types, each is 620 sq. ft. with a 110 sq. ft. outdoor balcony except for the "City Room" which is the lowest priced room type and is 420 sq. ft. with no balcony.

Here are some interior photos of the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and here's one of the giant shoes.
