La Concha - Formerly at 2955 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas NV 89109

Like the Tam-O-Shanter, La Concha (built in 1961) spent the end of its life as a second-rate Las Vegas strip motel that made most of its business from conventioneers and peak season travelers who couldn't get a room anywhere else. La Concha closed for business in 2004 and in 2006 was disassembled and moved to the Neon Museum or "boneyard". It's now been reassembled at the Neon Museum and is used as exhibition space.
