LAS VEGAS PHOTOS #7

Sample photo from Las Vegas #7: the Stratosphere at sunset.

Las Vegas series #7 pictures were taken December 12 - 13 - 14, 2007 along the Las Vegas strip (Las Vegas Blvd.) and downtown.
All images were shot in RAW format with an 8 megapixel Olympus E500 digital SLR and will print 300 dpi at 8" x 11" print size.

I stayed at Treasure Island during this trip and focused on the north half of the Las Vegas Strip (Caesars Palace area and further north) as well as
Las Vegas Blvd. beyond the Stratosphere, and the Fremont Street area downtown.

This series of images includes some nice shots of the "Welcome to Downtown Las Vegas" sign, the Stratosphere at sunset, some night shots of the strip from the top of the Stratosphere, the "seedy side" of Las Vegas north of the Stratosphere, some downtown pictures including Main Street Station and El Cortez, and my first ever photos of the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign at sunset. (All my previous pictures of the Welcome sign are either lit up at night or during the day with its lights off.
Volume 7 includes shots of the sign during the day with its lights on.)
