LAS VEGAS PHOTOS #8

Las Vegas series #8 pictures were taken December 14 - 15 - 16, 2008 along the Las Vegas strip (Las Vegas Blvd.) and surrounding area.
All images were shot with a Canon SX10 and will print 300 dpi at 9" x 12" print size.
(Resolution is 3648 x 2736 pixels for all volume 8 images.)

We stayed at Mandalay Bay during this trip and focused on the south half of the Las Vegas Strip (Caesars Palace area and further south).

This series of images includes some nice daytime and night shots of the famous "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada" sign, views of the Las Vegas strip from the 20th floor of Mandalay Bay, Project City Center under construction, inside the new Palazzo, tandem views of Wynn and the now completed Encore at Wynn, the Orleans on Tropicana, Palms on Flamingo Rd., inside Planet Hollywood, Bally's neon rings, Bellagio, Flamingo, MGM, inside the strip Fatburger, and views from the MGM Grand parking garage, Rio parking garage, and Venetian parking garage. The weather was nasty - with heavy rain on December 15, near freezing temperatures, and snow in the suburban Las Vegas area.
