Why a balloon? The hot air balloon was invented by the Montgolfier Brothers in Paris, France.
Paris has a great center-strip location in between Ballys and The Aladdin plus "Le Boulevard" shops & restaurants
modeled after a Parisian street. The casino is a bit small and sterile but the cocktail waitresses have very
cute outfits and the staff is friendly. Don't buy a drink at the bar (a 12 ounce bottle of Foster's Lager was $5).
Same bottle of beer was $1 at Slots-A-Fun. I guess they figure the cost of your lost gambling action is worth $5.
This is true at most Las Vegas casinos: free drinks if you gamble,
expensive drinks at the bar.
