Although the south end of pavement on Las Vegas Blvd. is 39 miles south of Las Vegas (in Jean, Nevada) this sign marks the south end of the Las Vegas "Strip". It's 1/2 mile south of Mandalay Bay near Sunset Ave. You can park at the old Klondike casino site and walk a short distance to the sign, or use the handy new parking lot that was built during 2008 just south of the sign. The entrance to the lot is only accessible from Las Vegas Blvd. southbound and exits only on the northbound side.
There are about 15 parking spots.
